For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, the terms "One App", "we", "us" or "our" shall mean Panther Nails Technologies Private Limited. "You" shall mean any natural or legal person who is a Visitor (which means that you are merely browsing our Platform) or a Member (which means that you have registered with the application as a user).
